Although it was not mentioned by any source what illness he suffered it was given that he suffered illness. He was a former presenter from Atlantic 252 where his radio show was loved by many people. He spent his years of life at Wear Fm in Sunderland which is in the mids of the 1990s and later he went for various other radio stations like power 92, which is in Edmonton, and Power 10 which is in Alberta. The demise news of Gary was released by a Facebook post which was posted by his cousin and the statement which was posted was as follows. The statement revealed that Gary passed away late night at Friday after he suffered a short-term illness. Gary’s cousin said that Gary was a fabulous cousin and he passed away on the 28th of October 2022. The statement further continued by stating that the family and the loved ones will always remember Gary and that he will always remain in their hearts, Gary’s cousin said that Gary was his favourite cousin and he ended the post by asking his followers and Gary’s listeners as well by saying that the demise came as a shock for them as well and they needed some private time. Frisk radio employee who was also Gary’s friend posted on social media saying that with great sadness they are confirming that Frisk Radio presenter Gary who was also known as ick Jordan has passed away. It was also added that Gary was a highly experienced employee who was well respected and was hard working as well. Hartlepool local radio added to their Tweet by saying that they are sad to hear about the demise of Gary and they also sent their prayers by saying Rest in peace Gary. Simon Grundy of Sun Fm added that the news was saddening and Gary will be loved.
