Who Was Shelby Jordan?
Shelby was born on the 23rd of January 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri. He went to East St. Louis Senior high school and then he attended Washington University in St. Louis With the encouragement of his coaches, Shelby joined the football team and he started his journey in football by becoming a part of the Washington University ears in the linebacker position. He played along with the Washington University bears from 1969 to 1972, and then he passed his graduation with a degree in psychology in the year 1974. Shelby was the greatest defensive player on the Washington University team and he has also inducted into the college football hall of fame in 2013.

But it is clear that he was a married man and he was married to Donzella, with whom he founded and directed the Los Angeles nonprofit able corporation which was an organization working for urban housing with affordable and necessary things. Shelby was selected in the 1973 batch of the NFL draft by the Houston Oilers and he then went on to work for service merchandise. The latter year he signed a contract with England Patriots and after a leg injury, he again joined the team in 1975. After getting arrested and not playing for one season, Shelby joined the patriots again back in 1983 but later that year he signed a contract with Los Angeles Raiders. When Shelby was with the patriots he played over 86 matches and while he was with the Raiders Shelby played 56 games and he started 5 in them. After getting picked for the injured line, Shelby later crossed the picket line in 1987 during the NFL strike.
