Why Was Mike Leach Hospitalized?
Mike was 61 years old when he was said to be hospitalized. Earlier it was mentioned by the University officials that Mike was hospitalized during the early hours of Sunday, due to a health condition. Although the condition and also the reason behind the hospitalization are not mentioned, it was mentioned that Mike was airlifted to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson from his house in Starkville and he was hospitalized. Marc Rolph, UMMC spokesperson added that Mike was listed as a patient at the hospital and they were only informed about the admission but the conditions due to which Mike was hospitalized were not mentioned to them. Keith Carter who is the Athletic Director from Mississippi added that he sends his prayers to coach leach and his family as well. Mike Leach: Health Condition Update
There is a match held between Mississippi and Illinois and the team needs to appear at the Reliaquest bowl on the 2nd of January 2022, in Tampa, Florida. While Mike is known for his coaching and his work at the Washington team and Mississippi team and also for his 21 seasons with the teams.
